A 25y old male presented with gradual onset weakness of both lower limbs. Mri was showing Intradural extramedullary sol (tumor within the cord tube). Complete excision was done with the full neurological recovery of the patient. Intraoperative picture of the Intraspinal tumor in the blue circle and yellow lines showing normal spinal cord pushed aside by tumor.
